White Castle Online Ordering

This app is awful. I agree with the last review, it looks like it was designed by a child. Kept popping up a 20% offer, but there was no option to actually use/redeem it. What's with the quests? Aren't we busy enough with life in general, now we have to jump through 10 hoops to get a dollar off coupon... if you're lucky?!? Come on, White Castle, get it together and do better!!!

Both their website and app look like they were designed by a middle schooler for extra credit...which they didn't get. The app isn't quite as bad as the website (they have the worst website I've ever used), but it's still really bad. Confusing, rewards disappear, sends orders to the wrong store. They now offer Google Pay as a payment method, but you can't actually use it because the app crashes when you try. Just terrible.

it was glitching. and if you modified your order after applying a reward coupon during checkout, then tried to checkout again the reward coupon would show "locked out" and wouldn't discount the order after the modification. the drink screen glitched and went blank where you had to back out of that selection screen and then relaunch it. this app serves the purpose of ordering food, but only if your patient enough to troubleshoot around the app programming bugs.
